If your ordered sneaker doesn't fit or you don't like the design, you can easily return it within 30 days.
The return process is simple and transparent – follow these steps:

1. Register return

• Log in to our returns portal using the email address you used to place your order.

• Select the order you wish to return.

• Follow the instructions to get your DHL return label.

2. Pack goods securely

• The sneakers must be returned in the original box with shoe wrap and all extras.

• The goods must not show any signs of wear, creases or other defects.

• Additionally, pack the shoe box in a shipping box to avoid damage during transport.

3. Send package

• You will receive the DHL return label by email.

• Drop off the package at a DHL branch or Packstation.

• Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is complete.

4. Get a refund

• After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 5-8 business days.

• The refund will be made using the originally selected payment method.

• Return costs: are only covered within Germany.

• No returns are possible for items that are worn, damaged, or incompletely packaged.
